Refund Policy: Tuition, less a $75.00 processing fee, may be refunded up to14 days before the beginning of a class. If an adjuster is unable to attend the Walker Group Xactimate Sketch Training Course, they may within one year, reschedule to any future course which may be in a different location.

Cancellation Policy: Walker Group may cancel any training at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, lack of participation of attendees, weather, and Acts of God.
