Thanks to all who updated their availability in response to our last request. Since then, we've watched Hurricane Irene go from being projected as a storm of the century to being a limited wind event with LOTS of rain.

Our carriers are currently monitoring claims numbers to figure what their deployments will be like this week. We are planning to staff both wind and flood teams.

After passing directly over Puerto Rico, Hurricane Irene is forcast (as you probably know) to make landfall this weekend on the east coast. The most recent track shows a landfall in North Carolina, with damaging winds continuing north towards Washtington, DC & Philadelphia.

We have the possibility of a small team deployment to Puerto Rico for commercial claims, as well as significant deployments (both residential and commercial) to the mainland area's impacted by Irene.

In the next few days, we will know more about Irene and may be requesting you to go on Stand-By.  We will not put you on Stand-by unless there is a legitimate call-out by a Carrier.
