This course aims to give attendees a practical understanding of insurance adjusting and learn the skills necessary to begin or continue a successful adjusting career focusing on the adjusting process, from receiving a claim, inspecting a property, interacting with both the insurance company and the insured, and completing an estimate. Basic construction, mapping techniques, understanding insurance policies and real life examples will be taught with an emphasis on providing world class customer service every time.
During the second week, this course will provide attendees with a working understanding of the Xactimate software, as well as prepare them for Xactware Level I and II certification*.
