Claims Adjusting. Walker Group prides itself on the quality of its adjusters. Our adjusters are experienced, trained and prepared to adjust your commercial or residential property claims, including but not limited to: hurricane, wind, hail, earthquake, fire, flood, snow and ice.
Claims Handling. Our dedicated staff is ready to handle whatever task is at hand; from dozens to thousands of claims. Our efficient claim organization system insures that adjusters get claims quickly, claims are processed quickly and carriers can easily obtain claim status.
Adjuster Training. Training provided by Walker Group, Inc. consists of Basic Adjusting, Xactimate Certification, Symbility, Flood claims handling, Earthquake Certification and Commercial Damage Estimating. Our instructors are nationally recognized experts in their fields.
Property Inspections. Licensed individuals are employed by Walker Group that have extensive knowledge in ICC building, electrical, mechanical and plumbing codes. We perform inspections for new and existing buildings. Our expertise in these areas assists in identifying subrogation issues when adjusting.
